Shipping:

• Orders are shipped through trusted carriers with tracking information provided once your order has been shipped.
  
• Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Emma Grace Creates is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
  

Delayed or Lost Packages:
Once an order has been shipped, it is the responsibility of the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or marked delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly for assistance. We are happy to help provide any necessary shipping details.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because each item is handmade with care, all sales are considered final. However, customer satisfaction is very important to us.

Returns:

• We accept returns on unused, non-personalized items within 14 days of delivery.
  
• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  
• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  

Custom & Personalized Orders:

• Personalized, monogrammed, or custom-made items cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or there is an error on our part.
  

Damaged or Incorrect Items:
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging so we can make it right.
